Amazing and honest service. We had requested a jet of our main sewer line (as part of inspections from prospective buyers), and they were able to come out the same day over the weekend. Our tech, Oren, came and scoped/inspected the line and took time to walk us through what he saw—he ultimately advised us against the jetting service, which can be expensive. His inspection report provided us with what we needed to resolve the issue with the buyers but also avoided unnecessary costs. Appreciate when a company is more concerned with giving you the right/sound advice, versus making more money.

Oren helped me with a serious sewer line problem. He was able to snake and fix the backup from the toilet, and he took his time doing the work and explaining what he was doing. While he was not able to fix the backup of water and sewage in the kitchen and utility sinks, he was honest about the problem and even recommended another company that could fix the sewer lines there for less expense. I think his advice will save me a lot of money, and I really appreciate his frankness.

We called Hyper Flow Services for a repair, jetting, and descaling on our residential sewer line at the recommendation of our usual plumber. Our technician Oren, owner Kyle, and Hyper Flow as a business took excellent care of us. The project was managed knowledgeably, effectively, and efficiently, and our home was back to full working order in 48 hours. Communication was clear and helpful the entire time. The excavation team did an excellent job minimizing impact to our property (the line is directly adjacent to our driveway and a front pathway—both were completely unimpacted). Pricing was competitive, and superior to some of the other offerings in the area. We will be using Hyper Flow in the future for maintenance and service on our line👍

Garrett with Hyperflow did a very thorough job clearing and descaling my home sewer line. He also clarified that the line under my basement would not need to be replaced, as another plumbing service had said, and showed me the camera footage of the entire line. Hyperflow does perform replacements, but he was very honest about the condition of the line and that such a replacement would be unnecessary for quite a while if I keep up with maintenance. Bottom line—spending a few hundred dollars with Hyperflow saved me more than $10k of unnecessary line replacement expense, as quoted by another well-known plumbing and sewer drain company the day before.
