Hyper Flow Service Co was very professional with scheduling and communication. Ian C came out to do a couple different things at our house, and he spent extra time answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything that was going on. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He also didn't hesitate to let me know if something wasn't an issue or if I'd be better off buying a part and doing something myself. The pricing seems to follow market rates in this area. Overall I'm very happy with the work that was done, and I will be calling them again next time I need a plumber.

Hyper Flow is by far the best experience I have had with a plumber. Ian was very communicative throughout the process. We had a big water leak that caused significant damage. They came out quickly, assessed the damage, and talked me through what I wanted. They even let me know of current options for getting the work permitted, then filled out all the necessary paperwork. They came to the house every time insurance or the inspectors were there. All of this for a very reasonable price. Their work was exceptionally high quality! They replaced the pipes and even rerouted them to accommodate the new shower configuration I wanted.
