I had a late night message from a tenant that the kitchen sink and the bathtub was backed up. I called at 8:30 p.m. and managed to schedule for the first available slot for the following morning. The technician that arrived was communicative about what he was seeing needed to be done, and the price was fair considering it was an urgent request. I’ll be working with them in the future.

I had a very unexpected mess late at night on New Year’s Day. There’s nothing worse than feeling helpless in these situations. When I called, the tech had left for the night, but within minutes agreed to come over and review the situation. Angel was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Even after he should’ve been done for the day, he came and fixed our problem and gave me some tips for the future. Could not have been a better experience for a real bad end to our night.

It built so much trust that when I recently had a pipe burst from the cold, they were the first company I called. They provided great service, fair/transparent pricing, and did quality work. Our toilet tank cracked in the morning, and Hyperflow was able to get a tech out the same day. Thankfully, they also have replacement toilets on hand to save time in an urgent situation such as this—it was not ideal to have to go shop and purchase a toilet since our landlord is out of the country. Jeremy installed the new toilet and removed the old toilet in 50 minutes. So grateful for Hyperflow’s quick service and Jeremy’s dedication and skills!

I have been using Hyper Flow Service Company since we moved to Denver 2 years ago. They have been so helpful and have done nothing but quality work. They installed two toilets and two shut-off valves that have saved me from plumbing disasters. Over the weekend, my water supply suddenly developed a significant leak in the kitchen. My only choice was to cut the water off to the whole house. Hyper Flow was there in under an hour and had my house back up and running. I am so incredibly grateful!

I called Hyper Flow in an emergency Monday evening due to a sink back up that was causing a dishwasher malfunction error sound that was going to torture me all night. They had a technician at my house in under two hours, in the late evening of a Monday night & fixed all my problems in less than an hour. First, they were able to come see our issue day of, had text updates for arrival, and sent the name of the team member that will be arriving. Jake was our technician, great guy!
