Our 3.5-year-old hot water heater failed out of nowhere, and when we called the HVAC company who originally installed it to warranty it, they tried charging us $2,700!! I then asked to talk to a manager about the ridiculous quote; no one ever returned my call.

We had our water heater go out on a Tuesday evening. On Wednesday, I called Hyper Flow after a recommendation from a friend. They made time to come out that day (Wed) to assess and then were back first thing Thursday to do the replacement. Despite some hold-ups with our home warranty company, Hyper Flow was patient and accommodating and ultimately had the job completed within 30 hours of our first phone call. The on-site contractor was friendly, helpful, and continued to check in after the job was done to ensure everything was operational. 5/5, would recommend.
