Garrett from Hyper Flow came over to address a noise our toilet was making when flushing. He explained the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. He also checked for any leaks to be safe. Fixed the issue for us. Also helped fix a noise our hot water heater was making for our hot water filter system under our sink. Super kind and educational. I asked him how much it would be and he didn’t charge us. I think the best part was he showed up when he said he would. I think he was in and out in less than 15 minutes too. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Hyper Flow Service Company. They came out to my son’s condo because it was flooding in the bathroom. It ended up only being a valve and flapper, but they came out to my son’s condo because it was flooding in the bathroom. Great service, trusted and affordable. We had called a couple of plumbers who never showed up when our toilet wasn't working. We called HyperFlow and they sent a plumber the same day, diagnosis is free and Mykael Brown was able to adjust his schedule last minute on a Saturday to install our new toilet. Mykael was friendly and knowledgeable. Great service, I really liked getting updates through text message, of when the technician will show up and when they are on their way. Highly recommended.

Hyper Flow provided excellent service. We had a non-emergency situation with one stool emptying slowly. Garrett came out the next day and after considerable attempts to snake, examine, and flush the line, discovered that our dog had apparently dropped one of her bones in the stool and it got flushed, likely by one of our grandkids. The bone got stuck partway down inside the stool. Garrett said it was a 'first' for him - he's fished out lots of toys, but never a dog bone. He was extremely resourceful and was able to extract the bone with a coat hanger. Really nice guy, above and beyond figuring out what the problem was and innovative in his approach to solving it. Astonishing Integrity
These people were beyond fantastic. I called 12/23 with a sluggish toilet and they sent Allen out that same afternoon. He worked for about an hour and a half and ran into an obstacle his machine couldn't get past. He recommended further options and helpful suggestions. The situation ended up needing some major excavation work (being done by another company), but Hyper Flow's response was fast, appropriate, and because he couldn't "solve my problem," he didn't charge anything for the work.
