I cannot say enough good things about Hyper Flow. We had a persistent hot water issue in an older 9-unit condo building for which I am an HOA board member. Angel arrived on a Saturday evening and spent about 90 min trying to diagnose. He came back a few days later and met with our handyman, who had already done a few adjustments, and Hyper Flow’s master plumber, Brian. They spent at least another hr trying to diagnose. This was all part of Hyper Flow’s free diagnostic service. He then recommended a repiping of our hot water heaters at a cost of about $3K less than another vendor quoted us. After this fix, we had many improvements but not 100%. Angel and Brian then returned to our building to reassess the issues and ultimately recommended a stepwise approach to avoid costly projects to pinpoint the issue. Because this step still cost $300–700 per homeowner, they helped me come up with a plan to test the step without wasting the homeowners' money and additional time. During this process, they even met with a disgruntled homeowner and talked through the issues, which ultimately relieved the homeowner's concerns. Again, this time was all for free. Unfortunately for our building, as we were addressing the hot water issues, we also had a cracked sewer pipe. Angel responded quickly, crawled around in our gross crawl space, and was able to fix it on the same day. They were about $3K less than another bid on this project too. Throughout this entire experience, Angel has been just a text or call away, which is exactly the support we needed. I can say with confidence, and referencing my specific experience, that Hyper Flow will work hard to fix your issues, treat you fairly, and do it all with a great deal of integrity. They will have 100% of my plumbing business in the future. Thank you, Hyper Flow!

Very responsive to any questions, actually showed me what needed to be done. Let me know when the work was completed. Found a pipe change that needed to be reworked. Had an issue with improper pipe sizing under my sink, hack DIY job done by previous owner, and finally decided to rectify. Also had them replace the wax seal on the toilet, just cause I knew it needed to be done at some point and they were already here. Reached out Sunday, had the appt at 10 a.m. Monday, and the service tech was done and gone by noon. Super friendly but still professional and left both work areas as clean or cleaner than before. Would def use James @ Hyper Flow again!

While it was unfortunate circumstances that led us to having to use Hyper Flow, working with Garrett has been an extremely positive experience. They were quick to respond and Garrett was extremely thorough and communicated throughout the whole process. We ended up having to have our entire basement replumbed, and not only was the cost reasonable, the warranty is too. I’m very impressed with the overall work, as well as the company as a whole.
