Ian C came out to do a couple different things at our house, and he spent extra time answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything that was going on. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He also didn't hesitate to let me know if something wasn't an issue or if I'd be better off buying a part and doing something myself.
