Wonderful service! Had a drain pipe leaking in crawl space, contacted Hyperflow late Saturday night, spoke to Kyle, and he got his shop foreman Ian out the next morning. Ian assessed the damage, took a video to show me what was happening and what needed to be done next. They were out promptly the next morning and had everything buttoned up by the afternoon. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again!

We've had a leak between the kitchen sink and the basement for a while. I hesitated to call a plumber because I was concerned about the cost of repair. However, realizing the damage was worsening, I contacted several companies. Fast and professional service! When we shut off our sprinkler system this fall, we noticed water coming up from the in-ground shut-off. Ian came out to see what was happening and determined it was likely a problem with the stop and waste valve. They were able to schedule the repair quickly, and the cost was reasonable. We had a leak in our main water line. We called several service companies, and Hyperflow was quick to answer the phone and sent a tech out within hours. Our tech was helpful, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. Additionally, the quote/estimate was very reasonable. In the end, it turned out the leak was on the city side, so we did not need Hyperflow's service. But I cannot thank them enough for their valuable insight and professionalism. We will definitely call them in the future if we have the need.
