Jeremy Paez was my technician, and he was outstanding. We had a very complex and unique drain issue, and three other companies could not solve the issue for us. We used Hyper Flow as a last call before ripping up our floor to make the fix, but they will certainly be our first call next time. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and confident in addressing the issue. He was able to fix what three other companies could not in about 30 minutes. He never wavered and was willing to try to solve our problem, even if the solution was not straightforward.
