Hyper Flow Service came to our rescue on Mother's Day. After morning showers and running a load of laundry, we discovered water pooling over the floor drain in our basement. We weren't sure if the floor drain was clogged or if the ejector pump (which was only 10 months old) wasn't functioning, but we needed the problem fixed ASAP. We were given a window of time as to when Greg Michaels would be arriving, but we were also told that he was currently working on another job. Fortunately, Greg kept us informed as to his ETA (very thoughtful) and still managed to arrive within the 2-hour window. Greg was quick to diagnose that our ejector pump wasn't functioning and managed to get it working well enough to empty the pit. He advised that the pump was failing and it would likely need to be replaced in the very near future. With Greg's information in hand, we contacted the company that had originally installed the faulty ejector pump the next morning. Fortunately for us, that company did the right thing and replaced the failing unit with a stronger, appropriately sized pump—at no cost to us. We definitely recommend Greg and Hyper Flow Service!

If you’ll believe it, the pic attached is where they dug a ten-foot-deep trench to replace a section of sewer line. Literally looks like they were never even there. The excavation team was incredible and went far beyond what I would have expected them to do. Very fair pricing, and incredibly professional, quick, and well-done service. Would give 6/5 stars if possible.

Jeremy Paez was my technician, and he was outstanding. We had a very complex and unique drain issue, and three other companies could not solve the issue for us. We used Hyper Flow as a last call before ripping up our floor to make the fix, but they will certainly be our first call next time. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and confident in addressing the issue. He was able to fix what three other companies could not in about 30 minutes. He never wavered and was willing to try to solve our problem, even if the solution was not straightforward. The whole time, he was keeping me updated on what he was doing, what he was seeing, and making sure to bring me along in the process. 5 out of 5 stars, and I'll be going with Hyper Flow for any other drain issues I have, because they'll surely not see one as complex as this. I'll probably request Jeremy as my technician as well. Great work, Jeremy! Saved us thousands of dollars and a big headache for ripping up the floor.

Great experience working with Hyper Flow when my kitchen sink backed up. It ended up being a bigger issue than expected and Oren was great explaining the repair process and what to expect. The Hyper Flow team took care of the repair quickly and even cleaned up well after jack hammering, replacing piping, and pouring concrete in my laundry room. You don't want to have plumbing issues, but you do want the people at Hyper Flow when a problem occurs.
