I needed someone to trace the downspout drains around my house since they have been backing up and were buried where I couldn’t find them. Called a couple places and either got “we don’t do that” or no return calls. These guys got right back to me. Garrett came out to give me an estimate but instead, once he saw the job and knew he had the tools for it, he jumped right in and got it done. Fantastic service. Really appreciate him and Hyperflow.

David came and saw the incredibly terrible mess I’d woke up to. Not only was he professional, but had an easy-going and positive attitude to what could have been much worse of a situation for me! But, rather than having worse news happen, he effortlessly and effectively cleaned and cleared the issue up, making it look like there wasn’t an issue to begin with! On white cabinets and light flooring surfaces, it can be impossible to have this type of cleaning done without leaving a mess somewhere! Very professional and knowledgeable. Allen was great. This company doesn't try to upsell work you probably don't need. This was the second time I've used them for snaking a drain and would absolutely recommend. Some of the companies that offer a dirt cheap rate for drain cleaning will use that just to get in the door and then upsell, or worse, damage the pipes. Especially in older houses. You're on the hook regardless after that.

We've since had them out to help unclog drains in our new-to-us 1950s home. We tried to fix our clogged sink on our own, but the clog was too deep. Our plumber didn't think he had the right equipment for it, so he recommended Hyper Flow. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Angel, the technician, came early within the scheduled window of time and fixed the problem. He checked in the basement afterwards to make sure nothing had ruptured during the process. The quote he gave me was reasonable, so I was happy to give them the work. Overall, I was pleased with the service and would use this company again.

The reviews were excellent and my experience confirmed them! 1. The appointment was scheduled quickly, there's no charge for a service call, and they provide an estimate when on-site. 2. Good communication regarding appointment and 2-hour window. 3. Allen from Hyper Flow called in advance and arrived when he said he would. 4. Allen was polite, friendly, and kept things neat. He was thorough in his inspection of the problem (clogged kitchen sink), including an inspection of the drain lines in the basement. 5. The estimate to clear the clog was very reasonable. 6. He did the job quickly and, it appears, well, as water now flows. 7. Allen answered the various questions I asked him patiently and also provided good advice as to how we could avoid future issues. I had a 1965 floor drain that was quite clogged. Garrett Wright got debris removed and flowing clean. He was prompt, explained all the details well and did a great job. I'd also tell you I've worked with other drain companies before and HyperFlow is very fair on their pricing. I will use these folks going forward as my 'go to' for all drain scenarios.

The Hyper Flow technician Angel came the same day I called with a drain blockage/flooding issue. He quickly assessed the problem, the cause, and fixed it. He cleaned up the area and sent a video of the repaired sewer line. He explained the cause of the problem and steps I should take to avoid the problem in the future. Pleased with my experience today. Called this morning about my bathroom drain that was completely clogged, and they worked with me to find a two-hour window the same day that fit my schedule. Jeremy alerted me he was on his way at the top of the scheduled window of time. He was extremely polite, and explained to me what he was going to need to do, and how much it would cost up front before starting the work. He cleaned everything up nicely and gave me pointers for the future care of the drain. Left his card and told me it's under warranty for a month. The price matched the national average cost. Service Manager, Kyle, texted me afterward to ask how everything went. Will call them again next time I need a plumber.

We were getting an intermittent bad smell from the washer/dryer drain line. I called Hyper Flow on a recommendation from a plumber who did a new water heater install for us. I called at 1:17 PM, and Garrett Wright showed up at our house by 1:37 PM. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and put water in our dry p-trap. His path forward was to monitor the p-trap, and if it goes dry they'd come back and do a smoke test for leaking drain piping. We both came to the conclusion that this probably wasn't the root cause as the paint and crawl space where the washer/dryer drains is completely dry. Our house was built in 2012, and I know that water hasn't been put in the p-trap since built. They did not charge for this service. I couldn't be more impressed with the timeliness and professionalism. I hope we don't have any issues in the future, but I'll be calling Hyper Flow if we do!
